My wife showed me this pic of me from 8/2/07 this was after my first 3.2k race I was in. The second pic is 12/11/09 my 15Th wedding anniversary yes that is snow in Louisiana. the last pic is 3/22/09 At home after finishing my first duathlon. I knew & felt that Ive loss weight but it was nice to see the difference in the pics.
